AT1117M Radiation Monitor

The radiation monitor is equipped with different external smart probes for various applications, it can be used for operation and indication purposes either as a handheld PC or desktop computer for the Processing unit (PU / PU2).
 
1) PU / PU2
 
The smart probe sends data to the LCD display processing unit via the communication cable connected to it.
 
PU and PU2 can be loaded into a computer through a more specialized application. There are recording and memory options for up to 99 measurement results.
 
 
 
If the level dose, dose rate, flux density, fluency and surface activity are exceeded, there is a sound and visual alarm of the threshold level. The operation algorithm provides measurement continuity and real-time statistical processing of measurement results. PU and PU2 units have integrated sensing modules that provide on-site dose and gamma radiation dose rate measurement.
 
2) Portable PC
 
Portable PC data transfer from the smart probe is facilitated by Bluetooth wireless technology (using an interface adapter) or cable (where wireless communication is restricted in environments). It offers a portable PC (no built-in detector in HPC) and advanced features. It can be used for almost all PU / PU2 functions:
 
 
GPS reference of geographic coordinates and time measurement results
Automatically record and store more than 10,000 measurements with GPS reference
Option to upload data to PC for further analysis and processing by professional GARM Software
Automatic and manual data transfer to a remote server.
 
 
3) Desktop computer
 
The smart probe connects to the PC via the RS232 interface.
Dedicated ATexch Software provides the following functions:
 
Display of measured dosimetric and radiometric values
Response when measured value thresholds are exceeded
Writing and reading pre-recorded measurements to the file
Message analysis and error indication by display in case of error conditions
Multiple instances of the program can be run when it is connected to different PC ports.

Radiation Monitoring Stand (RMS) is designed for continuous monitoring of radiation parameters in buildings and technological systems in nuclear facilities. It can also be used as a low-level building element of automation radiation monitoring systems in nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities, including RMS acquisition, processing, use and storage of radioactive materials.
